"Rent Account & Repairs"

I had no issues with Places For People when I moved into my property, but I have had issues with them before I moved.

It was in relation to my rent account and the lady I spoke to was very obnoxious and I didn't appreciate her attitude towards me, which was belittling.

However, the housing manager was much more accommodating and understanding of my situation.

My other qwarm with Places For People is that when repairs have been raised, when a date was allocated it wasn't stuck to and had to be rearranged.

This has happened on more than one occasion, which means I have to wait longer for numerous repairs to be completed.

Consistently missed as appointments. Insincere apologies. A 3 time system before they actually carry out job requests. No notification of cancellation unless updated later on pfp website after the event.

The actual workmen are fine just the actual client management and scheduling system is abysmal.
