The hand over of keys and contract went smoothly. We had no heating or water and rang the repairs line. Within 2 hours the electrian came, but he did not fix the problem, but I managed to fix it myself the following day. I was told to contact the water supplier regarding the lack of water. Southern water came and dug up the road and replaced the meter and said that there is no problem with the water supply to the property. The plumber came and switched the electronic stopcock on and the water came back. If instructions were left for us on where to switch the water on, we could have done it as soon as we moved in. On 22nd November 2024 I completed an alterations form asking for permission to install a home charger for our electric car. I received an email back saying that I will get an answer within 1 month. 2 months later and I have still not heard anything from them. I have sent several emails and made a phone call chasing up the request, but still no reply. I am very disappointed with the customer service and more needs to be done to help their tenants.
