We like it as it's affordable but us lacking some features we loved with Hot Schedules.
1. Read Receipts (you could see who has viewed log book entries with the management team)
2. Responses to red to log book entries should include the original message as we have to go back and look at what the response may pertain to.
All else is good.

Something is wrong with the app so whenever I schedule someone it modifies there hours to be 1 to 2 hours later than what I input. The only way I can get it to schedule the correct hours is to go online directly through the browser. It's a hassle and if I accidentally schedule through the app and forget to check if it automatically modified the hours then we could end up short handed.

Kind of glitchy and doesn’t always work. Issues have been employees getting random error codes and our log book doesn’t always post.

Once we finally connected for a meeting (my fault that it took so long) everything was quick and efficient.
No push to stay on a certain plan. The thing I love about 7shifts is that it’s actually built for the restaurant industry so they seem to understand that needs change throughout the year based on the season.
