The length time was 2 days before I decided to reach out via chat on the website to receive support. We are a new customer, and that's not the best first impression.

The concept is great. Only issue that I have is that some iPhone users are complaining about bugs and have to keep logging on each time and the 7tasks times out too quickly.

The platform is really great for restaurants, I love being able to reach out to any and all employees at any time. Really great for communication for specials- errors- changes, ect.
Only thing I'd like to see an improvement on it the "chat" to be able to select more than just scheduled today, tomorrow or individual people. If there was an option to chat with multiple groups that would be great instead of just an announcement. Also, the integration with spoton and 7shifts "employees" it's great but can he difficult sometimes to get them t sync.
