One of the best guest services across the board. Helps us be proactive with getting our business and a great tool for our team. Even when I had direct issues with my account I had great communication over a 24hr time period with the support team and everything was cleared up. I have been using 7shifts now for 6 years and will never use a different platform, because why move away from the best.

The printed schedule doesn't match with who was scheduled and left a few of our servers out, which leads to confusion when staff shows up and they are not included on the floor plan, this had going on for weeks and 7Shifts wasn't able to resolve it. It caused us to rearrange the stations on the spot or sent home the server because we no longer have a section for them to work on! Some staff almost quit, because they were pissed!
