There are so many features of your system which needs to be addressed. I it is just very clunky in so many ways. There is no reason to get specific, as it will fall on the same deaf ears. I already sent an extensive specific email outlining some of these suggestions. I never heard back directly and now you want me to review my experience.

Disappointed that you are changing the price structure to almost double our current charge, just to accommodate more than 30 employees. We do not use the other functions in that price tier so we will be unfortunately looking for another scheduling solution.
