"Great platform to use"

First time I have used a software package for my staff rosters.
Has made things a lot simpler and communication between staff more efficient.
I only run one business with a small amount of staff but the free version is great as can still print rosters off too.
Well designed and practical for the hospitality industry.
Would highly recommend!!

"Dashboard viewing"

We have three locations and the newest one, which is six months old, still is unable to see the sales and labor in the dashboard. It would greatly help with my scheduling and we were told it would only take a couple months.
Sometimes my team members have had to delete the app and download it again in order to clock in or out.
I like the ease of changing/editing a shift when it is needed. It is convenient and I like that it notifies the team members about changes.

Employees report they do not receive consistent notifications. Also, I think there needs to be a way for staff to see who or how many people have already asked for a specific day off to help prevent/deter everyone asking for the same day off.

I sold that business months ago. Contact the new owner. You don't answer emails for 48 hours so that is no help when trying to solve a problem. I would never recommend 7 shifts.

"I’ve had a “ticketL in for about a…"

I’ve had a “ticketL in for about 2 months now due to the fact that I am not getting notifications when staff submit time off requests, shift swap requests, etc. i have only gotten “we’re still working on it” as a form of communication. I do like the scheduling functions of the app but that is about all I use it for. And the huge price jump is another reason why I’m considering a switch.

We have been using 7shifts for 2 years now and it has made my life so much easier when it comes to scheduling staff. I wish that on the flag there was an option to select other.
