Brilliant company took my car in yesterday thinking I needed a new tyre a lovely gentlman Jack looked over all 4 tyres and said no need for a new tyre just needed some air also changed my oil filter and checked over my car and good to go some friendly and very helpful highly recommend

I was scammed out of R10000 by Auto fit. Ordered a power pack and paid for it. Never arrived. E mails ignored. Phone slammed down. Now blocked. Bank informs me the account no is a private person. No money in account to pay me back.

"Rude Scammers"
If I could give zero stars I would! The alleged GM ADIS is rude and gives zero cares about customer satisfaction or support. This whole company is a scam. I don’t care if they are the last auto parts company in the world I would rather walk. They give you 20days for returns then will find any & every reason not to honor this policy. They want YOU to check your parts before leaving for damages etc but don’t tell you what counts as damages. I purchased a grill the was purchased with scratches. I was told to look for damages such as broken or missing pieces. NOT SCRATCHES OR BLEMISHES. I don’t know this is “damage” I don’t work here. When trying to return it I was refused a $200 return for a scratch on an open part THEY TOLD ME TO OPEN!!! Am I supposed to know this little scratch is “damage”???? They said if it was a few days after purchase we try to help you. I live over 200 miles but if I’m within my return days why does it matter if it’s two days or two weeks? Then conveniently the store was out of this part to compare damage to AND the GMs boss wasn’t there. Everything seemed to just be rolling right into their scam. I will NEVER go this place again unless it’s to give me my money back after driving 200 miles as well to purchase and return the part!!!

This place is kinda sketchy. You can read their reviews for details, but I've heard about them selling used parts too. I haven't had an experience with used parts, but installation isn't great.

"Cheap Materials and Parts Did Not Fit!!! Wasted my money!!!"
I ordered two front fenders, a front bumper, a bumper cover and tail lights. The fenders are about half as thick of metal than the fenders I removed from the truck. This caused some concern but I installed anyway. The right fender lined up and I was able to install. The left fender did not line up with the bolt holes. If I put one bolt in then none of the others would line up and it sat crooked. I contacted the customer support and was told it was because the frame on the truck was bent. This truck’s frame hasn’t been impacted and I took it to an alignment shop and they verified to its straightness. I finally bent the fender to use it temporarily until another fender was sourced. The new fender I bought fits like it is supposed to, and since the new fender is better material, I bought a right side fender as well so I wouldn't have AutoFit's cheap fender on my truck. The customer service is horrible and the parts are cheap and don’t fit well. Dealing with this place is like trying to buy shoes and when the left shoe doesn’t fit, the shoe store tells you to cut off your toes and then it will fit. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE. Over $900 (with shipping) completely wasted because of this place!!! I wish I'd seen the reviews here before ordering...it seems this place has a pattern of the same thing!!!

"Poor customer service"
Poor customer service, rude, Cindy and S. Farzan have poor customer service skills. They will not return phone calls but are willing to argue with you via email. Will not provide a return shipping label and their body parts are plastic and flimsy. DON’T ORDER THROUGH HERE!! STAY AWAY!
