To get further information you had to give contact details and now they wont stop hasting me, blocked their number but still leave voicemails and send texts.
my advice do not go anywhere near them.

Horrific experience dealing with Bond and Turner who claim to think I have signed an agreement with them, stressing me out, they do nothing but threaten people without fully giving information upfront. Horrible company, utterly fraudulent and disgusting customer service when they are called. In excess of 20 threatening emails, texts and letters through the post, they do nothing but cause sleepless nights.

Worst company i have ever dealt with . My claim is still ongoing from May 22 . I'm now being told i hired a car when i was told it was A COURTESY CAR !!. So being told i'm liable for the charges for the hire if the other insurance dont pay. I dont hear anything for months at a time and i have to chase them. I have had so many different case handlers i dont know who is who now . To top it off i'm now being told i have to go to Liverpool from the north east for court !! .

What a joke of a company . Please dont use as you will be left disappointed and out of pocket

The worst Soliseters company I instruct to deal with my Housing disappeared after a year no updates nothing whatsoever no compensation no final apology nothing just grief and threat the telling me if I take someone else I’m gonna have to pay the charges. Awful company. They somehow seem to think I have applied for an emissions claim when I've told them several times I haven't and I'm not interested. They have badgered me to the point of harassment with phone calls, emails and incessant texts. I'm at my wits end with them and at point of reporting them.

This is a huge scam!
Do not use bond and turner.
They do not act on your behalf they act upon their own.
They are dishonest and only seek to claim for their “work” which ultimately ends in you having to move house, losing your tenancy and being homeless.
Do not use this company for disrepair claims.
When you complain they will tell you that you owe them thousands of pounds.
They claim I owe them £6000 for a couple of emails to my housing provider.
Those emails have left me homeless.
Again DO NOT USE BOND AND TURNER
