"Dishonesty and harassment"

Dishonesty and harassment. I am 72 with a heart condition. I answered a Bond Turner Facebook ad about diesel emission claims many months. ago. They just wanted my car details so they could tell me if I might be eligible for a claim through them on a no win, no fee basis. When I decided not to pursue it, Bond Turner bombarded me with texts and emails demanding I send them a photo ID. I did not send it, and told them I did not wish to pursue a claim. They have since threatened me that I must proceed with a claim as they had already registered Turner with the court and I would have pay Bond Turner their costs in doing so. When I again said I did not want to proceed, they have now threatened me in an email that my claim is in the court and I will lose and then be charged court costs by the other side. Pure harassment. Means their no win no fee claim is a lie and the fact they could not pursue a claim without my ID was also a lie. Thoroughly disreputable and dishonest company.

We had luke who went above and beyond . If we didn’t understand anything she would go through it until we did. Kept in contact with us throughout . At first me and my husband were scared and were unsure if we should continue however the best thing we ever did. Got the repairs on the house which we have been waiting 5 years . Any problems along the way luke sorted it. Couldn’t recommend Luke anymore. The difference he’s made to our life’s is incredible. Thanks Luke! Mr and Mrs nation

Its been a tough few years for myself and my Husband, however since Bond Turner (Colette and her Team) took on board my case, the outcome was very positive. Don't ever complete a "Questionnaire" about diesel car claims. I am now told I am in a "contract" with them simply by checking my VRN. I never signed anything or completed the subsequent follow-up questionnaire.

This cannot be legal.

My experience with bond turner was a complete disaster . They were not working for me . They were working for themselves . I had to change solicitor within bond tuner because the first guy was a complete joke . The Second Lady was nice . Not really an issue . But still met none of my requirements .needs or even do any of the work for themselves . I would highly recommend finding an alternate solution. But not everyone has the same experiences . Alls I can say after mine is I will NEVER be recommending nor using their supposed services again .
