After many months of being ignored by the housing regarding my damp and mould problems they only took things seriously when Bond Turner intervened.

I would personally like to especially thank Thomas Hurley who was great, supported me during the last stages of my 3 year battle with the housing and ensured that I got a successful outcome. He always kept me informed about everything that was going on and was always friendly and approachable. I am happy with the amount of compensation I received.

"AVOID! Absolute scam "

I had an accident in November 2021.. it’s only just been settled even though the other party admitted full responsibility. I was recommended to go through Bond Turner because I needed a replacement vehicle ASAP for work and my insurance stated they couldn’t provide one for 3-5 days. Initially everything was great, they had the hire car to me the very next day as promised, and they were super keen to get the ball rolling and get all of my information with regards to the crash. After they had dropped the hire car off (which is their money spinner and such a con, but I’ll get to that) this is where it went downhill. I had the hire car for 4 weeks, nothing special just a Peugeot 5007. A 4 week hire and this company thinks it’s acceptable to charge nearly £16,000 for it, and wonder why the insurance company they’re claiming off don’t want to pay out for it. Over the next 2.5 years, despite constantly chasing them up, they don’t return phone calls or emails and you can never get through to your case handler when they call. I had to provide bank statements, credit card statements and wage slips, and I then had explain what every larger transaction was in detail. Honestly I could go on and on but I just wish I’d read the reviews and the small print on the hire car before entering into any agreement with this company. My mistake, I’ll learn in the future!

I don’t recommend it, it’s also easy to say, the company makes me wait for a very long time, I’ve already been waiting 3-3.5 months for money from insurance to fix my broken scooter during an accident, I can’t get compensation to fix it and go to work. I called several times regarding compensation, the operators said that there was no one in the office at the time and said that they would call back. I’ve already been waiting for days, no answer. I will try to take any measures for the fact that I cannot work as expected!

Really surprised me when I shared my experience here Katie contact me straight away asking me to remove the review and they will look at my case and they gonna contact me by the next week I was happy to change everything if they did what they said but unfortunately two weeks now no call or even an email . they make me be sure they are the worst I ever seen…
