As I see more negative reviews they all ring the same bell. THERE INTEREST IS MONEY NOT CLIENTS. Same with myself. They used and abused me. Once BT get their money they leave their clients to hang and dry. I had to leave BT once I found the truth!!! I now have new solicitors which they told me with no win no fee cases the solicitors tend to receive the compensation before any works are complete in disrepair disputes. My current solicitors gets the works complete first then the compensation after, which makes more sense to me. BT already settled my case with the council once they received their money without any completions of repairs. Thats why they were useless to me after. When the real battle begins to get your repairs complete they do very little if nothing at all. They make agreements with the councils legal team which you’re not able to review yourself. Which is shifty, then I get the Director of Bond Turner In one of the emails stating to myself with the legal jargon, you can pay to see but you can’t see everything as I don’t own the documents lol. It’s ombudsman time let’s see what happens!!! In the meantime people DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAGS NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE FEELING. Take time and do your research check reviews etc but DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS!!! BY ANY MEANS!!!! If you still don’t listen, then PLEASE PLEASE If you’re a new client or currently for council disrepairs then MAKE SURE you receive your repairs first then the compensation!!!!!

"I would not recommend Bond Turner…"
I would not recommend Bond Turner Solicitors. Please allow me to explain my reasons. We are long term tenants in a neglected estate. This firm approached me in 2023 regarding disrepair matters in the property. It is partly my fault that I did not realise the firm takes 50 percent of the compensation offered by the landlord. If I realised that the firm takes 50 percent of the compensation, I would not have used Bond Turner. They clearly benefited from this case more than we have and our situation has not changed at all. This is another example of solicitors targeting poorly performing councils to make money. Stay away!

I was knocked off of my motorcycle nearly a year ago (Hit from behind - non fault). I was paid for my damaged bike, but since then and after initially thorough communication there has been nothing for over 7 months. I have emailed various people there - No reply. I have called them on multiple occasions recently and have been told some one will call me back - nothing. I have no idea what to do now.
I have no funds to replace my damaged gear, no payment for my injuries which i am still suffering from.
The impression i get is that they want no part in supporting their client, and not enough respect for their client to keep them appraised of the case.
I hopefully never have to rely on them again.

My claim is currently ongoing but I wanted to pass on my thanks to Joe Cartwright. Unfortunately my claim has now been passed to another department so he is no longer in charge of my claim.
He kept me updated regularly and let me know any developments when they came.
