"Amazing and professional Solicitors"

I’ve had Julie from Bond Turner working on my case with Hexagon Housing for the last 6 months. And I could not have managed without her. Julie has been amazing in ensuring all my issues were addressed that Hexagon had left unresolved for years. I found Bond Turner to be a life saver as I was becoming completely stressed out dealing with Hexagons unprofessionalism. Just so people know they pay themselves twice over they don't tell you they are asking your local council for over £8000 my case was completed on the 17/08/23 10 weeks ago now still waiting for the £358,

in the Emails/Letters to you they state the offer to your local council is for £1000, but in reality they were wanting £8000 from your local council I was woundring why the council was declining these offers at first for such a small amount of £1000 but it was due to a much higher demand for money,

- £7000 for their legal costs then £1000 for you but then it gets ratty after this they then take a success fee of 50% to pay towards your legal fees out of the £1000 and then a further £392.00 out of your £1000 to pay for the cost of the After The Event Insurance Premium,

I never agreed or accepted any offer I wanted to take this to court but then I get an email saying the landlord accepted your part 36 offer, I never agreed to this in the end I was left with £358 that I have still not received at all and that offer was completed on the 17/08/23

After 17/08/23 never heard a peep off them, lets be honest they don't care for you they just want you so they can make money off your name at first I was like I feel better finally hitting back at the council for such poor works and having to live with that for 3 years and having this company help me out taking them on,

then only to realize they are trying to rob you blind no matter what the little guy always gets screwed by companys like this no better then my local council,

find a better firm that actually wants to help you get some money back for your troubles not benefit off the back of you and leave you with a crumb

Update 15/11/23

Had a call with Bond Turner quite condescending with a unsatisfactory ending telling me this was all set out from the start, fees etc. no you never said anything about the true amount you were seeking from the council, like I said in my review they imply they are asking for £1000 but really it's much more but they don't tell you that obviously.

also you can tell them what to offer you local council apparently you're suppose to know this already but am thick so if anyone sees this and you think that the part 36 offer for
£1000 - £1500 depending on your case is low and you want more money just tell Bond Turner what you want the part 36 offer to be £3000 ect whether it gets accepted by your local council is another story, but try an get yourself more money, if only I knew this then

Still, I would not conduct business with them again.

Well this company has had my claim since 2022 and still no money given to me yet all paperwork has been seen and money amount agreed and still no money I have asked to speak to 3 people and not one has called me bk I have contacted the office and it's always the same we will get them to call you back which now never happens I think they have robbed my agreed amount and not speaking with me starts the ball rolling . I am now seeking help to sue this company. Beware of this company as they start of as kind and sincere but later drag on the steps no money no call back scammers BEAWARE STAY AWAY FROM THESE. All this started in 2022 and we are nearly at the end of 2023. Don't trust these.
