For 4 years I’ve been constantly let down by my landlord. Since bond turner stepped in my repairs are being done although my landlord is still dragging their feet. Bond Turner helped me get a new bathroom installed and are currently holding my landlord to task for breach of contract. Thank you!!!!

"A Poor return"

Like many others I feel I have been…
Bond Turner, you may not like negative feedback but as quick as you take it down I will re post it.
Note.. this review is only my opinion. Like many others my opinion is I have been ripped off, They may well have informed me about the fees, but I missed the bit about them taking 50%.They then advised me to pay for an insurance policy which I was obliged to take. I was awarded a total of £1000 and received just £203, this company has taken more than double what I received, I should have been more on the ball and done my research before I agreed to go with this company, I have recently contacted another company who also deal with emissions , I asked the question about the fee they charge and they told me they would take 25%. I would warn anyone who is thinking of using this company to think again, in my opinion, steer clear of this company.

The company are very under standing they listened to what I had to say and they did everything in there power to help me with my problem the council i been having problems with them since 2020 .any thing i didn,t under stand they explained more in details and they always kept me up dated with my claim as a client I would refer your company to my family and friends if they needed
