Bandits, horrible twisted liars...in my opinion
They head their adverts with “Been let down” YES BADLY BY YOU !!!!!....in my option these people are not very professional. Just to clarify Bond Turner these are my opinions to which I'm full entitled to express !!!!! This was a black and white case that I was never going to lose!! Early talks suggested an 18 month case....great! Early talks also suggested we may get most of our money back , early talks also suggested their take would by between 5%-10% they did mention 25% but said this is rarely taken, Liars!.....a little way in at the first opportunity they twisted the price up. Right till the end I refused to sign any documents that suggested this amount because I was sure of what I’d been told!!!
This case was for over £100.000, the opposition eventually gave in and admitted professional negligence
I got just over £40.000 they got just under £20.000 Is that not near 50% and this is NOT compensation this our own money we are fighting to get back. Not only bad solicitors but useless at maths and always in their favour ....As for time FOUR yes FOUR years we have been dealing with this case The reason Sarah Sykes always put our case last This girl is sole less and has ice cold water running through her veins and compassion she's never even heard the word I told her so! Has an aversion to speaking on the phone preferred to or got someone else to do it, send out emails always on a Friday so she could not be contacted and we had to sit and worry all over the weekend!!! No concern for our feelings/upset at all. Always in yet another meeting so in the four years she appeared to be in meetings for most of this time. expert witnesses that they got totally wrong but "we" still had to pay ...Even there trainee Laurence got it wrong..is he taught to put the phone down on people when he’s loosing an argument because that’s what he did ......and we have to pay for this personally I wouldn’t pay him with washers !! Tried on three occasions to complain directly about her to her immediate boss Tony Hill who said she was busy with a big case involving many people (think he mentioned 60/80 people) one occasion he went straight round and told her we had complained ruining all client confidentiality( isn’t that illegal) or at best completely unprofessional !!! that helped me not a jot, he seemed to think this justified what she was doing! .... WRONG He was no better when we actuality went to their office to confront them both face to face. Sliding printed evidence across the table of her wrong doing which was not even looked at just slid back on the table to us WRONG AGAIN I knew as soon as Tony Hill said this had to go to SAMANTHA MOSS that I’d beaten him !! How condescending of him to suggest i should be happy with a lesser amount but we didn’t want to prolong the agony anymore ..Not a nice man and I told him so..is the place just full of this kind people it would seem so.
So they concluded the case by putting our money in our bank then NOTHING not an email, letter, phone call nothing No thanks for the money nothing !....My conclusion TOTAL IGNORANCE do you really want these people working for you not even if you have “Been let down” because they’ll let you down even more!!!

"Cycle on cycle accident"
I had another cycle club member, side swipe me in summer of 2021, which caused injury to myself and the "write off" completely of my expensive bike.At first the club member admitted his fault and the claim, but later changed his mind.This caused immense complications and much anxiety. Bond Turner solicitors and in particular, Ms Amanda Duffy dealt with the claim, which eventually ended in a very positive result and compensation for my injuries and my lost bike.She did this in a very professional manner; always explaining in easy to understand language, always listening to my woe's, keeping in touch, and in the end easing my worries with the much valued successful conclusion.I am eternally grateful for her help, and would fully recommend this company. "Wouldn’t recommend this company at all"
Wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Incompetent staff that lie in emails. Mentally frustrating. Also the management level is a shambles and ignorant. 5 times now I have been fobbed off saying management will give me a call back and to no surprise I haven’t had a call. I have been left completely out of pocket because of this firm who completely fail to represent their clients in a professional manner. They Should not be allowed to be solicitors.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
Do not use this company, not only do they take 50% of your settlement you then have to pay a further £296.80 for an insurance company. I ended up with only 23% of my compensation!!!!

I urge anyone to avoid using this company. Of an amount of £1,788.14 i was left with £597 after their 'success fee' which was obviously confirmed to me in the terms and then having to have an additional fee of £276 deducted as well!! Was told as VW was putting towards costs their costs would be reduced, which clearly was not as they took 50% of the pay out!! Which is what they said was the max they could take, but clearly no reduction! The entire time i was told i could not speak to anyone else for advice. After the length of time this has taken, quite literally years this is not worth all the hassel and stress. Beyond disapointed and deflated.

We done a vw emissions claim. Was offered £1000 which we excepted though is wasn't explained enough witht the charges and ended up with £200 they made more money than vw ripped people off by looks of it.
Wasn't worth the hassle or paper work.
