I would not recommend anything to do with this company from my experience

I can't reveal the reason why due to confidentiality agreement but overall, I wasn't impressed.

I feel miss sold the original instruction to get Bond Turner to act on my behalf.

If you are reading this review, you are probably looking at reviews for the same reason.

My family and I are very grateful for Marta Pawlowskas support and I know without her we would still be in disagreements with our landlord over bad living conditions. She has fought for what is right and we appreciate everything she has done for us. She is a very kind and patient person who has listened to our concerns.

Bond Turner, handled my case regarding Motor vehicle accident, I give 4 STARS, only because at first i was strongly encourage, to take 50% of blame. (I understand that people working there have hundreds of cases like mine daily), hence quick settlement is offered. I pursued my case and eventually won.

"Avoid if you want to keep your compensation"

They will take two thirds of your settlement to cover their own fees, even though the other side has covered this. Strongly recommend like many others have said to find a different firm.

I have have dealing bond turner recently for some years to settle a claim around vehicle emissions. Today I have received a check for approximately 25% of the amount awarded. Bond Turner taking 50 % fee and then a further 30% insurance fee and this is even though the company in question had already paid all of bond turner’s fees.

So basically this company has been paid twice for only doing one job.
This is both outrageous and underhand. And not something I’m willing to accept.

I will be taking this case to the ombudsman, the local press, and will certainly be dropping the Martin Lewis team an email to share this experience with.

A couple of months ago i received an email saying the VW group had agreed to pay me £1000 for my diesel claim, it also said they had agreed to pay Bond Turner's legal fees as a separate amount.
BT said they just had to deduct a bit for their success fee & ATE premium.
What i wasn't expecting was a cheque for only £203, not only had they claimed their legal fees from VW, they had taken 80% of my compensation on top.
Daylight robbery.

"Underhand conduct"

I have have dealing bond turner recently for some years to settle a claim. Today I have received a check for 20 % of the claim offer, 30% for insurance and 50% for fees, even though the company in question had already paid all of bond turner’s fees.

So basically this company has been paid twice for only doing one job.
This is both outrageous and underhand. And not something I’m willing to accept.
I have decided to reject this claim and take this matter to the legal ombudsman.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
