I can highly recommend bond Turner. If you're not getting anywhere with your landlord/housing association this company is hard hitting and will get the work done foe you. My mum nearly died in 2020 due to her living conditions. The landlord was not listening. This company got them working and now my mum is more comfortable. Give em a call you won't regret it.

They skimmed off 75% of my compensation. Was asked to accept compensation for £1000 which I happily accepted, only to get sent a cheque for £203 after years of back and forth. Crooks!

"Immoral fee structure and misleading documentation"

I gave it 1 star (as 'no stars' was not an option)!

I received my diesel emissions compensation today under the now 3 year old no win, no fee claim against a certain german car manufacturer. BUT I was dissapointed to find out that Bond Turner took over 50% of my award (which inluded an insurance premium to cover THEIR potential losses). Despite Bond Turner publically acknowledged as being compensated for their fees through the court agreement with defendants, they STILL took 50% off me (and undoubtedly everyone else too under these 'settlement agreements'). This equates to approx £3.5m alone in what they call 'Success fees'.

Absolutely shocking, disgraceful and immoral behaviour, particularly as the 'settlement acceptance letter' implied that NO legal costs will be deducted and the amount awarded is the 'amount I would receive'. It clearly wasnt!

The diesel emissions 'Scandal' isnt the true 'scandal' here, thats for certain.

Avoid this profiteering organisation at ALL COSTS!

Like many recent reviews I feel Bond Turner have totally misrepresented us in recent diesel emission claims.
Out of an awarded claim I have come away with just 20% of the settlement. This is partly due to added costs advised to take out but the firm, but ultimately how they do their split. Bond turner will take their payment and then take off any additional items.
In my case Bond Turner have received more than double my settlement along with the fees paid by the motor group.
I hope all the negative reviews show the practice of this company and I like many others will be looking for a solution over this matter
