I went to Armstrongs / Bond Turner after an accident where my bike was written off. Seemed OK to begin with, told me it was taking time (8 Months total) because of complications, all the time I had a hire bike through Mcams, who originally pointed me in their direction. I got paid out for my bike, but when it was over, there was an outstanding hire bill which the 3rd party insurers refused to pay. At this point, Armstrongs / Bond Turner contacted me and told me if I didn't attend court, they could claim my pay out back. Turns out, the complications were them sending the Engineers Report to the wrong address, dragging the hire price out. Though I found this out as I was cross examined by the barrister as to why I had a hire bike so long. No one at Armstrongs / Bond Turner had informed me of this. And they even wiggled out of paying me for the day in lost income, which they said they would. All in all, They just need the spurs, they have the stetson!

Update,
After calling Joan Allen on the number below, I was told that this issue would be looked into and I would be informed of the outcome. That Was in January, still no contact, it's now May. Bond Turner, absolute joke. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Given a unroadworthy courtesy car and had to pay out recovery charges out of my own pocket . Recently found out they used to be called Armstrong’s . Now I know why they changed there name .

I had a motorcycle accident in 2018, it was not my fault, the other driver said I ran into him. I have had my court hearing today and I was proved right, I won my case. Bond Turner helped me all the way through. I want to thank them, my barrister and the Court team. I would use Bond Turner again. !!

Please please DONT use this company Bond turner, these are appointed solicitors of Direct accident managment.
Use your own insurance and dont be harrassed, threatened, stressed or feel that you have been robbed by a company representing you in a non-fault accident.
These two companies are there to make money from either party and charging HUGE car hire payments until the third party refuses to pay, you will be threatened to pay this bill if they lose in court, if they win in court,.....watch the court costs come back to you, it just cost me £760 and l have no recourse to find out the true costs
This is their last letter demands from me which they ask for everytime a letter comes

Letter from HMRC dated the last 3 months that lm recieving child benefit, working tax credit, if part of a couple, this applies to both of us.
This is all a matter of urgency, most often a week or two, phone calls, text and emails requesting this information or threats YOU will pay the fees,??????
Believe me, this company is a nightmare, told them ld lost my job due to my car been wrote of, l was unemployed and in debt to the tune of £29,000 that l averted bankruptcy and pay a payment plan from our benefits, NOW every month and if l was to pay the extortionate £12,000 car hire charges, l would be finished, even the court costs are detrimental to me, SO WISH I HAD USED MY OWN INSURANCE COMPANY, avoid these accident managment companies at all COSTS, or this is what youll get, costs, sleepless nights, demands for the same information everytime a letter arrives, l have been to the governing body of solicitors to complain, watchdog, rip off britain, my MP, please.dont be a fool like me, avoid these companies
