"Had a non fault accident 17/02/2022"

Had a non fault accident 17/02/2020, went through a claims management company who instructed Bond Turner Solicitors. From the start BT were not open and transparent in how they were going to deal with the claim, and that they will require my life history of financial records. I furnished them with all the documents they required, after they threatened me for becoming labile for the amount they are claiming against the third party of 53k for a "Courtesy Car" that I should have been entitled to, instead they use terms like "Hire Car" to justify there extortionate claim, then remind you that you signed the agreement in which they have written a clause to gain your full co--operation in whatever they request, without making you aware of it before taking the Hire Car, this is "non full disclosure", they are deceiving their clients. Now they are demanding me to give them authority to gain all my financial records so they can approach all of my Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Loans and Savings direct, to gain whatever records they want. they further claim these requests are from the corresponding "Claims Court" stating thy are asking for this information, without providing any supporting evidence from the Court. Even the Courts must be questioning BT's ridiculous claim amounts, at the expense of their clients providing their full life history of financial records.
Never have I dealt which such incompetent Solicitors, who make threats when they don't get what they are demanding. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PREDATORS MASQUERADING FOR YOUR BEST INTERESTS, WHEN ITS ALL ABOUT THEIR GAINS!
I would never have used BOND TURNER if I knew they were going to request my life history for a non fault claim, at the end of the day I didn't ask for the HGV to write off my car!!!

Charge 200 a day for hire car over 12k for 2 month with their partner Dam company its more then my car value

"These guys took 80% of the claim reward"

These guys took 24000 in claim reward, and only gave me 2700 of it. Now no one will insure me because that's their police not to insure anyone who has got a claim over 10k be it their fault or otherwise. completely screwed over by this company. this happened at the worst of times as now I m unable to pay rent on the place I just rented for me and my wife.

Rerrible customer service; case handler won't get back to you; you can try calling them several times. My case has been going on since 05/2021 and still no reply. I complained with them several times with no response. Take your case to a serious company, not Bond Turner.

20 jun 2021 got accident Police except with 10 days was there fault my car was ready with in 2 months and they carry on delaying then they said if I don’t have my medical appointment for my injury car will be not released,
And then after 3 months they (Simon)start saying that 3rd party is not excepting I ask how come 1st they except now after 3 months u r telling me they are not excepting
They now government change different company ,that’s white have to resubmit the case again, in this process another month passed after 4 months I start pushing them to take 3rd in court BcZ I am out of work from many months , then (Michell) they send me a letter which is dated on 27/10/21 that we taking3rd party into a court you need to wait 4 to 6 weeks .then I start cheesing then from Middle of November no one wanted to talk to me then i got hold of person call( kreeg) he said Michelle shouldn’t send that letter to you on 27/10/21 BcZ we haven’t send any court proceedings letter to 3rd party.
Now we are sending them and this is in December
Now comes the January I just received a letter which dates on 5/1/22 and says we are taking court proceeding to 3rd party any update we will let u know
It’s nearly 7 months I am out of work BcZ they did not have a PCO car to give.
Now over 2 months there is a poly smith or Kelly or holly if I remember right , because up to now so many different people I spoken with each one give me a different stories dealing with me ,I asked her few times copy of my file ,to find out what they done with my case ,
But still waiting from few months.
I am nearly bankrupt nearly 8 months sitting at home and paying £800 a months.and they are not even telling me who is responsible for this .
And now I am still chasing them from binging of January still waiting for my car or to have a copy of my file.

My experience with Bond Turner was exceptionally good. Communication was timely and clear, emails were helpful and backed up with telephone calls when needed. I felt that our best interests were looked after throughout and the entire process was honest and realistic. I'm incredibly pleased with the service and, whilst I hope I don't find myself in a position of bringing a future claim, I would not hesitate to use Bond Turner again if needed. "Appalling People"

Appalling people. 3 threatening letters about a traffic accident. Not our number plate. Not a place we had ever been to. Claim for £1,616.25. The letters stated that photographs would be included - they weren't. Spelling mistakes and grammatical errors in the letter... I thought these people were meant to be solicitors. Rang them. The guy on the end of the line refused to discuss the case with me. But they felt free to send me threatening letters. Their website claims they're 'Compassionate'; that is a joke.

They are demanding payslips, banks statements, also threatening me with extortionate fees of £35000 for car hire on a non fault claim!!!

Im getting harrased regularly by them. They even sent an agent to my house at 1900hrs to sign their paperwork.

I WISH I HAD USED MY INSURANCE, PLEASE DO NOT USE BOND TURNER.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
