yesterday I received a letter saying that my claim was closed that they made an agreement with the other party where I have nothing to receive, they only received the motorcycle rental, my damages I will not receive anything, they made the agreement without consulting me, they only saw the part from Bond Tuner and not from the customer.

I had a motorcycle accident back in November 2019. Part of my bike purchase was a company called dams who put me in touch with this excellent company Bond Turner. To say they where excellent was an understatement and does not do my great friend and solitor yes I call him my friend you heard me correctly. Careing is a big part of recovery and Mark my solicitor had this in inbundance. He kept me informed all way the through the claim by either letter or phone call. Even calling for an update on my recovery process.

It's finally now come to an end my claim and Mark got the best result I could wish to exspect even with odd laugh every time I called up.

From the lovely reception you get when you call them in the Liverpool office from the ladies who answer the phone to the service they offer. I'm proud to recommend their services to anyone who needs a motorcycle claim.
