"Horrible Service & Claim Handlers careless"
So I’ve got a non- fault on going claim with Bond Turner, the first few months were fine I was getting fairly quick responses and I had a kind claim handler. It has been so long I’ don’t recall when but my claim handler was changed to Claire - Claire hasn’t picked up the phone ONCE and I assure that I’ve called over 15 different times just to get the same response each time “she’s very busy right now” or sorry she’s unavailable at this moment. FYI I’ve called at different times such as 9:10am when they just opened and still gotten the same answer, the worst thing about it is the people who answer the phone to you can do nothing about it but send her an email. I would like to see how her mail box looks because this service is absolutely ridiculous. Im trying to contact regarding my claim due to the letter they’ve sent me and I can’t even get in contact with them for a month now. If you’re trying to claim for non- fault vehicle accidents please, please, please stay away from these guys

"I want to start off by saying how…"
I want to start off by saying how utterly disappointed with the service i have received from Bond Turner. From being passed around by different case handlers consistently to now being ignored when i message and try and communicate with yourselves.
My case has been on going for over a year and a half now and not ONCE did i receive any sort of reassurance from yourselves that things would be sorted. Yes you may blame COVID 19 for the lack of communication skills but coming from an NHS sector i know work loads can be caught up on.
Moving on, my case was due to go to court on the Tue 28 Jun 2022 as we know, we could not go ahead due to me having a miscarriage. One of the reasons for this is down to the STRESS Bond Turner had mentally caused me. From the CONSTANT nagging, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages. How much am i supposed to chase, without anyone willing to relay any sort of information to me? It 100% was not easy even trying to get a call back from yourselves.
Moving forward on the 27.6.2022 i was speaking to Asharif on WhatsApp in regard to getting MORE documents sent over when really this should have been asked for at the start of my claim, not 1 day before they decided to close it.
After documents were sent over I then was advised by Asharif that I would receive an email from the other party in regards to when i would receive a poxy sum after Bond turner decide to take over £300's worth of fee's was there really any point? any point in going through all this stress.
I still HAVE NOT received any sort of payment or emails. During the days leading up to the 27th of June towards the court case WhatsApp messages were continuously back-and-forth since then I have WhatsApp over three times and nobody has decided to respond
I find that quiet funny how now that I’m due my pay out nobody wants to reply or even call me back.
I was advised i would have to wait 2-3 weeks for some sort of confirmation and for the funds to arrive. What have i got? NOTHING. I would HIGHLY appreciate someone actually keeping me in the loop and confirming with me when i will get my compensation as the 2-3 week period has passed,
I will try calling again tomorrow and see if i continuously get ignored. After this compensation is received please remove me from your systems, and do not contact me.
Also emailed over to the handful of claim handlers that I got passed around too and your info team.

For years I have tried in every way to have the house where I live repaired in vain.
My requests were ignored for more than 5 years, until one of the lawyers of Bondturner, Philip Scott
looked into my case and fought for me.
Thanks to him the repairs will take place as soon as possible all together, for good.
