My incident happened almost 2 years ago with my wife and mum in the car and the customer journey was awful. I was speaking to one claim handler (Callum) my wife to another (Elliot huges) and mum to another (Hannah) and if you be honest with them and tell them your still in abit of agony then they send it to medical examiner again which takes another 6months it seems like then it’s like I had to chase them every month as everything they do takes up to 6-8weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve used better before so please avoid and stop giving your business to them as they are useless and too busy to handle 1 or more cases.

Shocking service and incompetence after motorcycle accident 6 months ago.1 day of taking it seriously and then no contact for months until I tell them I will be using another solicitor.funnily enough 2 days later and my claim sorted and cheque in the post. Now months later out of the blue hounded multiple times a day for bank statements,wages slips etc so they can sign off my claim.in other words they never did their job properly in the first place and now need to get paid.

& bond tuner took the case asked for massive information about me to proceed the claim and i provided all the documentations including bank ,pass everything on name & after couple months 3rd party repaired my vehicle and payed the amount.got bond tuner member visited my address and made me sign the paper written from this day case is now closed. but after 10 months later bond tuner calls in asking for all the documentations again and asking about my income and they said they can see my daily bankings infos .???
So they made a new issue saying that the 3rd party has refused to pay for the vehicle ive got hired during the repairment period .and bond tuner asking for to make a installment to pay me for those .
As its 3rd party to pay and bondtuner were the one send me hire vehicle and confrimed i dont need to pay .

Avoid this company they are frauds they are robbing venerable people .they will mentally harass you make you day harder Avoid it Avoid it ........
