"Poor Communications"

I am beginning to wonder if this firm of lawyers is above board. They have been supposedly handling diesel emissions claims against Volkswagen yet I've not so far received a penny in spite of it being reported in a national newspaper last year that VW have settled out of court. When I raise this today with the executive handling the case, an automated message tells me the email address is no longer manned. I am becoming very, very suspicious.

Shocking service been been ringing for over 3 weeks at least twice a week but cannot be bothered to ring me back tell me they are not taking 25% out of my daughter's claims... Then try an charge me £280 for some joking insurance which we have not agreed to.. As if they don't make enough money on the claims I would not recommend using this solicitors

I still waiting for more than 1 year about motor accident, I saw the garage have they cheque, I received email about the value they sended, and my claim still in process, always brazilians staff talk to me on my whatsapp asking for a lots information but it never finish, so I’m feeling desrespectfull…
