The defendant denied everything but our solicitor/barrister fought for us and we were given excellent advice by Ian who advised and helped us on the day. I’ve never been shown a breakdown of what over than 20k in claim was for. I received less than 3k in compensation.

Was unable to be insured again by same company even though it was a NON fault. They never paid for lost income despite me giving all the bank access and app accès required.

My husband is been involved in an accident on 4th oct 2021 on M6 ,he's been off work for a month due to his back pains ,done phisiotheraphy and his employer didn't payed him in full the whole time. This company has the most horrible employees and customer sevice I have ever met. I have called many times and emailed them to find out something about his case but their employees were very "busy" ,had lack of knowlwdge about it and were very rude ,agressive,pretending the line is bad and can't hear me. They only reacted when I said I will put a complain and lost my patience trying to talk to someone who actually had some informations. His case has been settle on 31 oct 2022 with the amount of 195£. We did recieved the money for the total demadge of the car late also because they decided to pay the curtosey car rental instead of paying us without any consent from us. We know people with similar accidents who had their cases solved much better and quiqer with their own car insurance company.I would not recomend .

Don't touch this company with a bargepole !

No communication, telephone calls or emails unless you contact them and then no call backs as they promised. They say they don't record phone calls so you can't prove what they've said to you and then they deny it !

They agree a settlement without anything in writing signed by you and then take 25% off your injuries, loss of earnings and expenses, plus £280 insurance, and you're left with little or nothing for your trauma pain & suffering and all you have lost, through no fault of your own!

"16 months and no resolution for a straight forward motor claim"

I am massively disappointed how my whole case has been handled by Bond Turner.
Not only has it been treated with no urgency, the whole process has been extremely unclear and the fact that they have still not been able to close this case is nothing short of a shambles. It is evident that these case handlers must have too many cases to actually spend some time and focus on one, and juggle multiple at the same time while getting no where!

Rewind to the incident which now occurred over 16 MONTHS ago in October 21. A Royal Mail van hit into the back of my vehicle. Since then, I have been passed from absolute pillar to post, from different case handlers, to different portals, never getting contacted unless I spent time out of my day to chase it up.

Going back to the incident, they admitted all liability for the accident, all vehicle damages were approved and signed off as well as receiving all medical reports. Not only was liability accepted, there is video evidence of the driver admitting the liability!

Now with all of this evidence and information, how a professional lawyer/solicitor has not been able to dictate or reach an agreement with the 3rd party is beyond me. With all the evidence on hand contacting the 3rd party to explain that court issuing is not in the best interest as they are only going to incur substantial additional costs.

It is extremely clear that this case has not been treated with any urgency nor severity. I have now been told for the 6th time this has now been moved to yet another department. 16 MONTHS for a non disputed rear end collision and no sign of it being resolved any time soon!

I have today sent another email to a general email as opposed to a case handler as i am unsure of which one out of the 6 I've had now has the file!

I hope this case can finally get resolved at some point so i can have some positive words towards bond turner however at the minute i am far from optimistic!

Absolute joke of a solicitors sending me letters about a claim the other party is making there not even aloud to do that my insurance company has said. Believing the lies from the other opponent its all going to get properly investigated and i will be getting them done for sending me letters worrying me bullying behaviour about the claim scum bags!!!
