This company really did get me the highest possible figure for an accident I had in 2017. It has only taken this long to settle due to covid and medical complications as a result of my accident. My solicitor was brilliant and always kept me informed when there was a change in my case. I can not thank them enough for everything. I appreciate mine was a complex case at times but they really did fight for me to get the best possible treatment and money.

The worst COMPANY ever complete useless and a waste of time no contact unless you chase them. I was hit by a car in broad daylight as a cyclist police were called had to go hospital damaged bike and phone and 3 different CCTV camera footage on a busy high road and these people still messed up the whole thing. Stay away. I wish I would have read the reviews.

I obviously should have read the reviews before engaging with this company I have had no contact regarding VW emission claims since January ‘22 despite it being well publicised that an out of court settlement was reached.
The initial registration was made in July 2020 certainly not before the cut off date as has been suggested

"Misconduct and Negligence"

Was sent a cheque in December, explained I had no banks in the area which could cash this into my account. The bank I went to have closed the counters due to covid and now only do £1000 cheque amount. Just for this cheque I have already lost a days wage since banks have their own opening times. I have emailed bondturner several times and get ignored and get told I'll get a call back and nothing. They have held my money which is owed to me with no justification. This is a Misconduct and I will contact the SRA regulation authority. I'm going through so much cause my accident and I thought this would be hassle free letting the solicitors deal with it but it's just a headache.

Similarly to Mr Oakley's review today I have experienced the same situation with this firm of solicitors. Last communication received was on the 12th September 2022 advising a settlement had not been reached however it has been reported in a national newspaper and on the news a settlement has. Numerous payments have been awarded to claimants. I also am becoming quite concerned as no reply to emails sent since above date. Is anyone else experiencing this problem with this company.
