My case ended few months ago but they called me and sent me alot of emails for my statements, I was non faulty driver and they push me to pay for hire bike, I don't know why? Faulty driver have to pay for the hire bike not me. They give me headache too much

The company itself could do with a few improvements, especially the switch board. I called up multiple times trying to get through to my case handler, when he wasn’t available they said they would give the message to call me back which they didn’t do. My case handler Antony is the only reason I had a good experience with this company as whenever I emailed him directly for anything he replied within a few hours and always made sure to update me whenever he had one. My case took a few years to settle but Antony has been there through every step and really put me at ease with the whole situation. I can’t thank Antony enough for his patience and friendliness throughout all of this.

After enquiring about a possible Diesel Emmission claim , I decided not to pursue chiefly because I simply did not have access to the information they were seeking and after reading the horrendous reviews on here. This was done on the telephone with they now say they have no record of. Perhaps they should implement changes to their policies when recording information from customers.

I’m am still being harassed to complete a questionnaire, and threatened with the old “ you will have to pay for the work we have carried out” when in-fact they are still waiting for it from me some three years later.Hilarious !

Please don’t use this company at all costs , they are misleading, and harassment is not acceptable in any industry.

Mine was a non fault accident,
I was ask approx 4 seporate times to give the statements for all my bank accounts, savings and my husbands accounts.
They take 25% which I knew but then they take an ATE fee which I have no idea what it is so out of the 1k I was awarded I ended up with £470.
I was given a hire motorbike which was delivered next day I drove it to a meet up, the next day phoned up to cancel the hire it took the three weeks to collect for that they charged 4.5k.
Because I had savings ie my pention lump sum the other side did not want to pay .
Not an easy thing to go through would not recommend.
