Below is a email I was sent by Rachael Wong Bond Turner on the 31/12/24.

Dear Mr Taylor,

I am not prepared to correspond with you any further given the vexatious nature of your correspondence. You appear to be seeking to bully this firm by utilising social media to make untrue allegations. For the avoidance of doubt I refute the allegations you are making and if this persists I will have no option but to take further action.

I trust that will not be necessary.

You will see once again I am threatened by Bond Turner with the threat of further action what further action I’ve done nothing wrong.
Rachael says I appear to be bullying the firm by utilising social media to make untrue allegations, that’s incorrect I’m simply posting my experience and other clients experiences on a legitimate social community review site. The other clients reviews are their experiences/allegations I didn’t write them I just posted them from trusted review sites. By the tone of the email above it would appear that if anyone is being bullied it it’s me and being coerced into keeping my mouth shut. One thing needs to be remembered in all this I don’t want to have to be posting on here, I suffer with mental health issues and disabilities and Bond Turner are aware of this. This matter could’ve been resolved without the unnecessary stress and suffering.

Hi Rachael

You state that I appear to be bullying Bond Turner by utilising social media on the contrary it’s Bond Turner who tried bullying me and it would appear many other unhappy clients. In regards the allegations you refute it’s not just me making them it’s many other clients also.

I note that you continue to try and threaten me and scare me with further action why? I’m not the aggressor you and Bond Turner are . All I want is Bond Turner to leave me alone and stop threatening me with costs because I do not want your representation. I discussed this with you in March and you gave me 3 choices I picked option 3 to litigate myself I’ve still got your email. Also Jenna Hargreaves in a recent email said I was offered that you’d waive your 50% success fee that’s untrue and was never offered to me why did she say this Rachael when it’s untrue?.

Rachael please stop threatening me and resolve this matter and all this will stop, otherwise I will have to contact the appropriate bodies etc I trust this will not be necessary Rachael.

Bond Turner state on their website they’re compassionate to clients, why haven’t you been compassionate to me?. Why hasn’t anyone discussed this matter with me if you’re compassionate and resolved it ?.
When it’s resolved it goes away simple, so why keep threatening me knowing of my mental health issues are you trying to push me over the edge?.

Bond Turner have been excellent in handling my case. The solicitor I dealt with was Gareth, he has been nothing but honest, keeping me informed on everything and updating me all the time. My Housing association have been very difficult at times and Gareth has dealt with it all for me in a professional way. He instructed me on what I had to do and what not to do during the time during my claim. I can honestly say 10/10 on all aspects of work carried out by Gareth/Bond Turner.
