P11D Benefit Statement
Vehicle brochure or other sales literature
Last November 2023
Then today someone from bond and turner managed to catch me on the phone.
I instructed them am not interested in taking it further.
Then to my amazement to be told am liable for there costs court costs as its been submitted to court (with incomplete paper work really ? )
And 3rd party costs.
Do not engage with these people pure bully's as earlier mentioned in earlier reviews.
If I haven't submitted anything in almost a yr and then to be told it's been submitted. Absolutel modern day pirates. AVOID.

So disappointed with this team. I requested their support to help eliminate the stress and sort out the problems with my ongoing repairs.
First of all I had a issue with there surveyor who turned up early for the appointment and did not stick to the agreement of attending alongside the surveyor from my council which then lead to a conflicting information as I also agreeded that a lot of the information from bond & turners surveyor was incorrect eg issues regarding the outside of my property didn’t match up up with the rooms it was effecting on the inside and had pointed out holes casinginh issues in rooms I actually had no issues in.

80% of the time I would need to contact the person dealing with my claim I would be told they are on annual leave - again I can appreciate a person entitlement to annual leave however no one has then taken over to deal with my case during this time.

I was informed I needed to have a call with the barrister scheduling this date was extremely difficult as I had just started a new job which I also informed bond & turner about however I managed to schedule a day off just for this call, which I also emailed to confirm the time I week prior to this taking place as to which I was informed 2pm on the day this was due I noticed I had not been sent any information as to if this was a video call ect and didn’t have any links for the call so I called once again to speak to the person dealing with my claim and once again they were on annual leave, however another colleague was able to inform me that the barrister call had in fact been cancelled therefore I no longer needed the day off that I had to take myself as annual leave.

This whole experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. There had been no difference from me dealing with the situation myself as I’m still continually being let down by my council in regards to completing the work and sticking to appointments & communication.

"Harassment and bullying tactics"

Harassment and bullying tactics - DO NOT ENGAGE with this company, I am harassed on a daily basis, by phone, text and emails. They claim I’ve signed a document but it isn’t even my signature. I told them by telephone that I don’t want to proceed but they are still hounding me. This is really stressing and don’t want anymore to do with this horrible company. I’m thinking of contacting trading standards to see if they can help stop this daily bullying.
