"Won the case, still no resolution, Bond Turner is not interested."

Opened a case for the landlord not completing repairs. We had documentation since 2015 for a major issue with the boiler and other issues. They have taken more than 50% of the compensation, yet we've had to do pretty much 70% of the leg work, from collecting all the evidence to arguing for it. At first I thought they're right, we did not gather enough of a paper trail however considering what the court has said, they had a strong case.

The duration has been atrocious and appalling to say the least and it's still not done even though the case was won, but Bond Turner has disappeared. I suspect poor management from a case worker called Allan who seems to basically be trying to prolong it so the compensation can be a larger figure maybe, but completely ignoring that people live in the flat and enduring the issues.
