terrible I won 1500 but ended up with less then £300 after there fees.. stay away... they take half of what u are awarded then they say insurance fees aswell which in my case was just under £400 ad that up with half of my award that I got scandalous... if bond turner would like to reply say how much u got and how much I ended up with?

Having just read the judgement of Saunders J in Perreira v Chamber (G71 YJ116) my opinion of the self termed “firm” of Bond Turner is justified.
A corporate gang of scoundrels, extortionists and extreme economists with the truth would be more appropriate.
I acted for a non insured motorist on a Pro Bono against them and their allied hire company for which they claimed £54,000+ for the hire of a scooter (from their allied motorcycle business) which they said was written off. From easily obtainable DVLA records it obviously wasn’t, and was still being used.
They failed to respond to the defense I lodged and were struck out.
No surprise there then!
A complete shower who bring disrepute on the profession.
SHAME ON YOU ALL.
