"Bond & Taylor Solicitors - Very slow & lack of communication"

Bond & Taylor Solicitors – I started my personal accident claim with this firm in November 2021 yet over a year later I am still waiting for my settlement. I was informed that the third party had finally agreed a settlement figure on the 28th October and that they would normally take between 2-3 weeks to release the money yet over SEVEN WEEKS later I am still waiting. I emailed Bond & Taylor on the 5th December asking for an update but heard nothing back, I then rang them on the 9th December to be advised that my claim administrator would call me back but again I heard nothing. By now I was getting extremely irritated and frustrated so I tried for the third time, on the 12th December but again no contact from him! My claims administrator I feel needs a broom up his bottom to do anything, he has very little motivation and I feel he sits on his hands to wait for the third party solicitor to contact him which is probably why he has not made any contact with me! Throughout this fairly straightforward claim he has made very little contact with me unless that is I prodded him. Would I ever use this company again, well surprisingly NO, I WOULD NOT! 😒

You have asked that I email you with my complaint yet you have all my contact details so why have you not rang me! TOTAL WASTE OF SPACE, AVOID LIKE THE PRAGUE!!!

"Ignoring incoming leads"

I reached out to them via their Construction Negligence website on the 29th November 2022, and left my details.

I also called on the 3rd and 7th December, and they promised to return my call.

They ignored me on all three attempts.

When I asked if they still take construction negligence cases, they said, "Yes, we do."

Only bother reaching out if you like your time and effort wasted.

"Possibly scammers need to be investigated"

I still have a disrepair claim with them since December 2020 (unresolved). They used an inspection report that contained false information in this claim to dismiss an element of my claim and said if I want another inspection I would've to pay a £1000 (likely a money grabbing move). They don't call you back and almost always the person you need to speak with is not available. I suggest that you contact solicitors regulation authority (SRA) even if your case is a few years old if you believe you are a victim or manipulated (act now). This firm is very suspicious I am not saying they are scammers but they need to be investigated immediately. DON'T BRING ANY CLAIM THROUGH THEM AVOID THEM.

Motor accident February 2022
Was told the claim would be put forward on 1st august the the other party had 21 days to reply now the the date is 13 November and still no information as to what is happening
Called on the Friday the 28th October was told the team were not available they would call ma back didn’t happen called again Friday 4th November told team not available would call me back still no call
Time to take advice elsewhere
