Bond Turner have been fantastic, I had an extremely awkward case where the defendant refused to take liability which prolonged the claim much longer than it needed to be. This is a secondary review from my first, just to advise that Bond Turner are acting unlawfully in their pursuit of compensation claims. As I find out from a "Real Solicitor", that Bond Turner should never have instructed me on a "No Win No Fee", as I'm legally entitled to "Legal Aid" and so they should have advised of this and not taken the case in the first place.

Can't wait when I've fully raised this to the legal ombudsman, as I'm now pursuing Bond Turner under Professional Negligence.

Also Bond Turner staff, my review is descriptive enough to know who I was as your client, so don't request further data from me.

"Utter cowboys. Avoid at all costs"

I was in touch with Bond Turner following my wife’s motoring collision. Being a solicitor myself I have always been deeply suspicious of the “no win no fee” side of my profession and so before engaging them I wanted to discuss their proposed T&Cs (eg regardless of the merits of the claim they withhold 25% of all compensation, being the full amount they are legally entitled to). Before anyone made themselves available to speak to us we found out they had already contacted the other side’s insurance company and made medical appointments for my wife with costly cancellation policies all in her name. She had neither signed any engagement letter nor given any indication (either verbal or otherwise) that they were instructed. This is a clear breach of the SRA Code of Conduct and we shall be reporting them to it. They clearly are ambulance-chasers, trying to grab whatever quick payout they can regardless of the best interests of their “client”. I’m glad we were able to extract ourselves from the situation before more damage was done. Avoid.

In response the reply from your company the instructions were given to you in August 2021 and following their instructions left me to all intense and purposes on the street oh and they blocked my email I only got in contact with the immoral organisation via a new email address never rang me just cocked up the case and ran

I'm happy with the results up to now. As soon as I agreed to the outcome last evening. and forwarded it via email the council rang me this morning to book an appointment with me regarding repairs. I have to say the letters with the moneys "who is getting what sent that clear when reading, neither is the jobs the council are supposed to take care off, especially were it comes to flooring, wallpaper and carpeting. However if you discuss this with the representative the explanations are very good.. good luck I hope you get your long needed repairs done...

"Utter shambles"

I am using Bond Turner to help claim for damages which occurred during a road collision. I started the claims process over 6 months ago and due to repeated situations of incompetence they are still yet to even contact the third party's insurance company. Avoid at all costs!
