"No communication"

My experience with Bond Turner is not great. Their lack of communication is appalling. I had my motorbike accident back in December, and I am still waiting for my personal injury claim and its the beginningof April now. They don't respond to my emails they are to busy to talk when you call them, and they don't call back when you request a call back. I have not heard from Bond Turner for weeks and months. This experience is worse than my motorbike accident.

"Cycle accident claim - awful service, no communication"

Bond Turner were appointed by CAMS to deal with a cycle claim where the driver was at fault - the police issued a fine/PCN to the driver so it is a clear cut case, yet 18 months on and they still haven't even agreed the value of the bike which was written off, or value of other personal possessions, letalone the injury compensation.
Communication is non-existent; I often ring several times everyday and leave messages and almost never get my call returned, and even emails are rarely even replied to and go weeks or months with no contact at all. They've then even had the cheek to accuse me of delaying the case!
I've tried complaining but no one there cares and there is no one else who will deal with your case.
Simple letters I've received are littered with basic mistakes - such as sending me letters about my "motorcycle", when it was a bicycle not a motorcycle, and instructing me to return a hire vehicle when I never hired one!
Shocking, and to be avoided!

They have since called me, for the first time in over a month, and only because of this negative review on here!

Their follow up “reply” on here is nonsense though - yes they rang and gave an update, however none of the outstanding comments, errors and incompetence of the last 18 months were even mentioned let alone explained, and their reply is just to try and brush yet another shocking review under the carpet.

Terrible company with terrible communication, avoid at all costs
I being forced to use them due to being my insurance companies solicitors. They take weeks to get anything done, and only do things when you phone several times. And even then it's extremely hard to get a hold of your file handler, who they seem to switch every couple weeks.
I haven't heard from them in other a month and I've phoned countless times trying to push my claim forward as I'm owed owed hundreds of pounds maybe thousands.
This has caused me to go overdraft in my bank account cos I had to pay out for a full set of motorcycle gear, when I haven't received compensation for that, as well as time off work owed and cost of vehicle recovery
Horrible company please avoid to avoid stress and maybe even depression cuaed by being overdraft when you are never normally

Absolutely awful:
Rerrible customer service; case handler won't get back to you; you can try calling them several times and the lady keeps telling me that my case handler will call me back but nothing. My case has been going on for months and still no reply. I complained with them several times with no response. Take your case to a serious company, not Bond Turner

Very supportive team, have been helping me out with a case 2 years old, yet have helped me putting all the information I had together. Very comprehensive team (thanks Erica), managed to solve my case without even having to go to court. Recommend.
