I had a bad cycling road accident. I ended up with Bond Turner through a marketing agency or affiliate.

Unfortunately, the caseworker I was dealing with had some personal issues (due to COVID) impacting his work and I felt there were room for improvements. I raised my concerns with the management and the matter was passed on to very capable hands of Mr Phill Waters.
Mr Waters shown outstanding professionalism and care in dealing with my case.
Turned a not so happy client to a very happy client. He helped me through the process and negotiated a very good deal. On top, Bond Turner reduced their success fees on an item for me to get a higher share of the claim.
I highly appreciate the goodwill gesture. I am writing this review because I was left totally satisfied how the matter was dealt with and the care Bond Turner showed towards my expectations.

It is a great quality of any business to convert disappointed clients to very happy clients.

3 years... yes, 3 years by my side , defending me and doing everything in their power to chase the other party that at one point had ghosted us for so long we lost count, always kept me informed on everything and on the day of the court an excellent service was provided from the moment i exited my home throughout the day and until the moment i entered home. the outcome couldnt be better. my lawyer and barister were amazing, managed to keep me calm and accomplished an amazing deal.

for all the right reasons, i hope i never see them again, but if i do, i hope is the same people and the same outcome.

Absolutely shocking. The accident took place in January so 8months ago and the accident was without any doubt not my fault. Since the beginning no one from Bond Turner team has been keeping me up to date with what is going on, it is always me chasing them. Even tried to ring them today to get some update and been told that someone will be back in touch with me and once again nothing. Absolute joke this.
