At times things have been incredibly stressful as you'd expect from a serious personal injury claim but the team were very good.

I felt fully supported throughout my claim with Bond Turner. Chantel Rabbetts was always professional and honest with the advice she gave. I always got an answer when I asked for help or advice, legal jargon was explained in a clear and concise way. There was a compassionate human touch to their service. Whilst they can never fully appreciate what you go through they can still appreciate how you feel. It’s not easy to support someone who has been involved in a RTC (road traffic collision) and make them feel at easy throughout the long drawn out process but the team at Bond Turner did a good job. The supporting staff were also very responsive. I would recommend them to others, because without them I wouldn’t have got to where I needed to be.

When my father passed away I was advised to use this company to help me in a negligence case which at the time was very emotional.

Badly let down . you may not like negative feedback but as quick as you take it down I will re post it. I think those of us that have been legally ripped off need to come together to do something about this and warn other people .The present target are focusing on Mercedes , offering up to £10,000 compensation , well we know what they will actually get and we also know who have made ££££££££££££
Note.. this review is only my opinion, it is also the opinion of other people who were involved in this scandal. I wondered why my reply re seeking accountability for such a poor outcome was so in-depth , people are very upset and if they are anything like me they would never speak your name again let alone use your services. I have had to come off a different junction so I dont pass your offices
I may well have been informed me about fees but I missed the bit about them taking 50%. They then advised me to pay for an insurance policy which I was obliged to take. I was awarded a total of £1000 and received just £211.00 after 5 years of emails requesting me to resign emails etc, your company has taken more than double what I received, I should have been more on the ball and done my research before I agreed to go with them, big mistake. Other companies have paid what people have been entitled to . I feel that I need to warn anyone who is thinking of using this provider then do your homework. These fades claims won’t last forever then what will you do

I had K(Bond Turner reported my review so i had to remove the name)represent me to begin with,to start with everything was good. Quick response,sent a surveyor out to list all repairs that needed to my property that my landlord failed to fix. As soon as they received my compensation fee that was it..non existence from her. The quote I was first given when I hired them, was between £2000-£3000. I got £180! They took more then the 25% they originally quoted. They add on extra fees after you sign and agree the terms and condition. They told me they would follow out my case to make sure my landlord comply with the order set out by them. My landlord has failed to,which they said would result in them taking court proceedings. Yet here I am,struggling to get anything from it. 8months now this has been going, I still have a property that needs repairing by the landlord. I hired these to get these repairs to be fixed they have failed to do this. Soon as they receive their fee they become non existence!! They don't follow it through,and don't provide the service you sign up for. Disgusting!!
