The team in the office are friendly and helpful arranging the most appropriate report within time-frames, which occasionally can be quite tight. The actual surveyors are very professional and often turn the reports around ahead of promised deadlines. Jon himself, always adds value with advice and surrounding commentary. He has experience in all forms of building defects so can quickly identify which matters which are serious and which are merely cosmetic. I would not hesitate to recommend the firm to individuals or businesses.
