He called us with a verbal summary on the day of the visit and the written report arrived a few days later. We were also glad to be able to speak to Paul about a few points raised in his report. It allayed some concerns we had and gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase. The report was not just a list of defects, but contained advice about ongoing maintenance and care.
