A month has passed since I placed my order, and the store has not sent the goods. In the emails they kept changing the dates when they would send them. Now they have even stopped writing me back. I warn everyone about these thieves. Do not make any purchases here!!!

Dos semanas después de haber hecho el pedido de unos guantes todavía los estoy esperando... En DHL no saben qué ha pasado con el paquete; pero lo peor es la falta de respuesta por parte de la tienda, que tras contactarles a través de su web siguen sin dar señales de vida... Lamentable la atención al cliente.

Añado nuevos datos: recibo un email de atención al cliente de la tienda, con un mensaje tipo, diciéndome que espere unos días más... ni se han molestado en contactar con DHL para ver qué pasa con el paquete. Penosa la atención al cliente de esta tienda.

Adquiri pela primeira vez um artigo nesta loja, desde o primeiro dia correu tudo muito bem. Demorou cerca de uma semana desde a compra até receber, mas considero normal dada a distância.

Stiefel nach kurzer Nutzung defekt und mit Fehlern.
Nach Anfrage, Rücksendung zur Nachbesserung eingeleitet - auf eigene Kosten - und auch zeitnah Empfangsbestätigung erhalten.

Danach keinerlei Rückmeldung, nach über einem Monat, unzähligen Mails absolut keine Info zum Sachstand. Weder über Kontaktformular, noch Mail.

Dies ist mittlerweile die dritte Jacke von Vintage Industries! Sowohl meine Frau als auch meine Tochter springen schnell in die Jacke, wenn sie mit dem Hund rausgehen oder um eine warme Jacke in Reserve dabei zu haben, wenn man abends noch mal los möchte. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Very poor service. Ordered Daytona boots which didn’t arrive. Chased order and was told there were supplier issues. Chased again after waiting 4 weeks only to receive an auto generated email stating the product was discontinued. No mention of a refund. Reported the failure to supply goods to Mastercard.
