Hatte am Black Fryday mir Garne Motorradstiefel gekauft...vermeintlich ein gutes Angebot.
Anfang Januar mal nachgefragt wo sie denn bleiben....
Die Ware sollte am 13.01.2025 bei Motoin eintreffen....
Am 20.01.2025 mal nachgefragt ob die Ware eingetroffen ist.
Antwort der Artikel ist ausgelaufen....!
Was sagt mir das,das es den Artikel nie gab.
Ich musste immer in Aktion treten....von Motoin kam nichts narda niente...
Sie hätten mir auch gerne was anbieten können wäre auch dazu Bereit gewesen zu zu Zahlen....

"Disappointing"
Disappointing. The website allows you to process a transaction for products they don’t ship to your country. The information to find out the products aren’t available to be shipped are hidden in drop downs and not clearly visible - the chatbot on the site also gives some conflicting info. Other purchasers appear to have found the same issue when looking at other reviews in retrospect.
When paying with PayPal, it processes payment even though it says it gives you the option to review on the Motoinn website before proceeding and by then it is too late. Lost quite a lot of money in currency conversion fees with the refunds so won’t be shopping with them again.

Cuidado, llevo 24 dias esperando un traje Scott, hice la compra el 23 de Diciembre y me contestaron hace unos dias que no tenian los articulos en stock, no entiendo como pueden vender sin tener los productos en su almacen, te engañan diciendo que tienen los articulos con las tallas correspondientes y cuando las pagas ellos las piden a la marca, asi no se puede funcionar.

"Be aware when ordering, tax on UK orders are shocking "
Just be aware when ordering from this site, I’m in the UK and not only did it take forever to arrive when it did it went straight to the parcel force deport and I was expected to pay a whopping £80 tax on the jacket before being allowed to receive it!!
The fact that I ordered the exact same jacket from another company that also wasn’t UK based and the jacket was same price and delivered without paying any tax!!
I wouldn’t of minded paying a small tax on the jacket but I think another £80 is absolutely shocking and makes what is an essentially good price into a expensive jacket, and like I said considering I got the exact same jacket from another non UK based company without any silly surprise huge tax bill was great and getting g a refund from them was a long process too!

I had the worst experience with Motoin, and I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake.
I placed an order with them and paid for DHL shipping, expecting the reliable and fast service DHL provides. Instead, my package never arrived, and after weeks of back-and-forth, I discovered that Motoin deceptively handed the package off to a local postal service without my consent. This is not the DHL service I paid for, and it feels like a scam.
Here are the key issues:
1. Nonexistent Customer Support:
My emails went unanswered for days.
When they did reply, the responses were generic and ignored the specific concerns I raised.
2. Deceptive Shipping Practices:
I paid for DHL shipping, but the package was apparently transferred to Israel Post—a slower and unreliable service.
Meanwhile, a similar order I placed with XLMoto on the same day arrived via DHL in just 5 days, proving there were no DHL delays as Motoin claimed.
3. Complete Lack of Accountability:
They blame DHL for the delay, but DHL clearly doesn’t even have the package anymore.
Instead of fixing the issue, they keep asking me to “wait” while offering no real solutions or updates.
4. Still No Resolution:
After weeks of waiting and frustration, I’ve had to file a PayPal chargeback to get my money back because Motoin refuses to take responsibility.
This entire experience has been a nightmare. Motoin's lack of transparency, poor customer service, and dishonest shipping practices make it a company I cannot recommend to anyone.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from Motoin and shop with more reputable retailers like XLMoto instead.
Motoin has lost my trust forever, and I will never order from them again.

Foi minha primeira compra, deu tudo certo, o produto chegou em perfeito estado. Comprei por um valor muito bom, mas quando parou na alfândega brasileira fui surpreendido pelos impostos. A tributação foi mais cara que o produto. VAI BRASIL!!!!!
