"Esperienza da non ripetere"

Fatto ordine il 3 dicembre e ad oggi 12 dicembre non ho avuto notizie, ho inviato tre mail senza avere risposte, ho chiamato l'11 dicembre e mi hanno detto che riceverò una mail al momento della spedizione. Spero solo di non aver perso i soldi.

Was für eine verarsc e.....Mit Rabatt werben....mit Werbung zumüllen, ewig keine Antwort ob das Produkt raus ist.Auf telefonische Nachfrage....Es wird morgen verschickt.Das einzige was kam am nächsten Tag.Das Produkt wird nicht mehr hergestellt suchen sie sich ein anderes Produkt bei uns aus... Lachhaft fast schon

Anfürsich super shop habe gute sachen gefunden. Nur warte och immer noch auf meine Bestellung seit 2 wochen hoffe es kommt noch an dann gebe ich sehr gerne 5 sterne.

simply put i bought product which has not arrived and they refuse to even discuss a refund, the product was advertised at £300 however additional charges import duty and transport took to the price to over £400, i have still not received the item.

personally i will never use this company again, it might appear cheap but the advertised price is misleading for a product which does not arrive and cant be refunded

Les pedi una chaqueta para la moto en el mes de septiembre.
Todo fue correcto,tanto el articulo, como el envio.
El problema es q apartir de hay m pasan un cargo de 30,83 euros cada mes,sin yo saber de q es y sin tener aviso por parte de ellos.
Al enterarme de ello m cominico con ellos para pedir informacion y a dia de hoy no m han contestado.

As I'm writing this review, I still haven't received my goods, a word of advice would be, if you are ordering from UK, it simply isn't worth it, after you have paid delivery cost then 20% VAT, on total cost including delivery charge then the the delivery company charge another £12 release charge which you also pay VAT on, the savings are pretty much nothing.
Now if for some reason the goods need to be returned for any reason you will end up paying more than you would have if you just bought them in the UK.

Excellent overall experience with motoin. Just be careful as UK customer with customs charges that you will be hit with when the items arrive. With helmets being protective equipment, the VAT duty can be claimed back from HMRC.

This company is an absolute joke!
They advertise products that are in stock and available in 1-3 days, then when you check your order status it shows that it is delayed!! Contact with the company is a joke! They don’t respond to emails and if you try to phone ( from whichever number you can find) it doesn’t connect.
I believe they don’t have anywhere near as much stock as they make out and hope to rip people off.
The money you think you may save isn’t worth the hassle and messing around.
Having bought lots of motorcycle clothing and parts from the continent for a long time, these guys are the worst! -10 from me.
Best start trying to claim my money back and shop elsewhere!!! ( even worse is that it’s a present)
