Es hieß 1-3 Werktage jetzt sind es schon 5 Kundenservice konnte auch nicht weiterhelfen bzw. Wollte sich nochmal melden kam aber auch nix mehr . Fragen per email hab ich auch keine Antwort erhalten.
Werde morgen nochmal anrufen ansonsten stornieren und woanderst bestellen

Shocking customer service who don’t respond to emails timely and there are no updates on your order. Unlike Amazon, Deryan and FCMoto the import taxes aren’t included in the price they advertise. Three weeks after ordering the first I knew that the order had been dispatched was a bill of £49.00 from parcel-force for import taxes so it worked out more expensive than buying from a UK company. If they are selling in the UK they need to get their act together, be transparent with pricing and state clearly that the price does not include taxes in the delivery charge, not hide it in the T&Cs. I would never use this company again.

Wenn Mann bei O’NEAL direkt bestellt ist der pinlock Einsatz immer direkt dabei.hier müsste man den für über 20 € extra kaufen wodurch der günstigere Preis eigentlich wieder dahin ist.
Außerdem hat das mit dem Versand länger gedauert als versprochen auf deren Webseite steht da wenn sie bis dann und dann bestellen können wir direkt morgen verschicken. Das stimmt nicht.

"Misleading Shipping Estimates and Delays"

I placed an order on 19.03 because the website advertised 3-5 business days for shipment. However, on 28.03, my order status changed to Delayed, with a new expected delivery date of 17.04.2025—far beyond the original estimate.

Despite this, the website still claims the product is available for shipment within 3-5 days, which is clearly misleading. Very disappointing experience.

Ho chiesto un cambio taglia prima che l'ordine venisse spedito, ovvero sabato 29 marzo 2025. Lunedì 26 marzo 2025,ho ricevuto una mail con la quale mi si diceva che l'ordine era stato spedito. "Casualmente", dopo pochi minuti, ho ricevuto una seconda mail con la quale mi si diceva che il cambio non era fattibile in quanto l'ordine era già partito. Oggi 1 aprile 2025, la tracciabilità DHL indica che l'ordine non gli è ancora stato consegnato. Non sarà mica che hanno creato l'etichetta di spedizione per evitare di modificare l'ordine? Livello di furbizia: Jim Carrey in 'Scemo e piú scemo". Spero almeno di ricevere quanto ordinato.
