"The worst customer service "

The worst customer service I have ever received. Purchased a Just 1 helmet that started to fall apart after the first ride. Will not replace items that fell apart. Do not read your emails and respond accordingly. As I purchased from Aust I have no recourse. Would not buy another item from this company or a Just1 helmet as they also will not reply to my emails

Update, Just1 have finally reaponed to my emails , Motoin have stopped responding. I will advise the outcome from Just1

när jag la en beställning spå fanns varorna tillgängliga, efter att ha väntat en vecka utan att ha fått någon uppdatering av försändelsen så kontaktade jag företaget via mail och fick till svar att försändelsen var försenad till över 1 månad efter beställnings datum.
jag skickade då och frågade om dom kunde avbryta ordern men istället för ett riktigt svar så skickade dom en länk med en förbokad leverans och menar att jag ska stå för fraktkostnaden för en förbokning om jag vill avbryta ordern. Customer service is at best a joke, ask one cuestion and get a awnser to that's totaly unrelated.

I ordered a Icon helmet because they had a very competitive price, paid for it on paypal and waited for their response. I got an email receipt for the product and then waited for the delivery notice or tracking no. After a week I received no response on delivery so I tried emailing and leaving a message on messenger and then eventually made a call after no response on both email and messenger. I spoke to a person and enquired about my order giving him my order no. He just said that the order was cancelled and the money will be refunded. No other explanation, he just said try and make the order again. I was very disappointed and didn't make another order.

"Sehr gute Ware und schnelle Lieferung"

Die Bestellung wurde innerhalb der genannten Zeit versendet und kam zeitnah bei mir an. Die Größentabellen der Hersteller sind sehr gut. Meine Jacke hat direkt gepasst, so wie angegeben. Da die Retoure nicht kostenlos ist habe ich einen Stern abgezogen. Ansonsten hat alles gut geklappt und ich bin mit meiner Jacke mehr als zufrieden. Auch der telefonische Support war sehr nett und konnte direkt helfen.

Bei Lieferung in die Schweiz entstehen, entgegen zu den anderen Anbietern aus Deutschland, zusätzliche Kosten für die Verzollung. Somit sind die Mitanbieter wie Louis etc. deutlich billiger.

J'ai passé une commande de +- 400 €, l'article était indiqué avec un délais de 1 à 3 jours pour la livraison, 20 jours après, ma commande est toujours pas envoyée ! La communication est très très mauvaise et impossible d'avoir un délais pour recevoir ma commande ! ! ! Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site
