Since switching, my bills have been much lower, and my monthly payments adjusted to reflect this. Having one tariff makes it easy to see if you are getting the best deal. Overall, a good experience and a supplier to be recommended.

You have been fine so far until my usage increased temporarily earlier this year for a period of ten weeks when i had an extra four family members living here.you insisted on putting my monthly payments up to £190 only reducing them to £149 after a lot of telephone call time from myself. I wanted them back to £128 or thereabouts but you refused. I now find myself in credit with you for nearly £300 which is increasing month on month and a situation that i find unacceptable.
I will be looking for a new supplier.
