Hopefully, 'Foxglove' will stay with that name. Started out as Fischer Energy, then went thru a nonsense period of overcharging..and losing customers overnight! But, back on track it seems. However, any more messing about, i'm out of here!

I gave this marking because when I signed up with yourself I was promised that I would have a smart meter within 6 months. I asked about this when I enquired about changing over to your company. As I am disabled it is a problem taking photoes of the meter. I have enquired about this smat meter several times and have been told that it will not be long to receive this. I have been a foxgove duel customer now for a couple of years and when I first switched over it was hassle free. I only had to contact customer services once and there were very polite and efficient. I get emails at the end of every month to submit meter readings i would login to my account and submit my readings and then I bill in the post a week later, and I would ring then up to pay my bill. Foxglove have now got the app so I can login and pay online it is so much quicker and I don't even have to wait for the bill. Thank you so much for getting the app it's made it so simple now I can see what I owe and what I have paid no waiting for paper bills.

Tariffs are straightforward to comprehend, I send a reading when requested (often,too late on my part) and an itemised, but easy to understand statement arrives a few days later.

Fischer have been friendly and helpful right from day one!
The switchover could not have gone any more smoothly if it tried and I have had no problems with Fischer whatsoever since I have been with them.
They are good at replying promptly to any emails I have had to send them, and providing their Customer Service continues in this way I reckon I could be with them for some considerable time.
