I bought my heaters from Fischer who were the energy company until recently. The transition was seemless and I have never had reason to complain. I think my energy bills are significantly lower. I would recommend foxglove energy to anyone.

Moved to Foxglove a year ago, however I would not recommend Foxglove. Customer Service staff are friendly and helpful when you get through. Foxglove comes across as inactive, poor on getting the right balance of monthly direct debit - I had to contact them to have it increased which took considerable time as you could never get through on the phones. Took about 5 months before I finally got the correct link and log on information to go on line. Before that I was having to phone through the monthly meter readings.

I am definitely paying more than with my previous supplier Ebico. Unfortunately as their partnering was changing I needed move suppliers.

They are competitive. Easy to understand website. Had no problems contacting them and any queries answered and dealt with quickly. Have proven to listen to customers opinions. Green energy an extra bonus.

Fisher installed new heaters in our home we decided at that time we would change suppliers as our bills with Scottish power vas getting too big we decided to try Foxglove part of the Fisher franchise and we have been with Foxglove over 20 months and our electric bill has just about half of what we were paying Scottish power we are very pleased with the service we have received .p.s my sister and her daughter has joined and our son will be joining in the next few weeks thank you E Fraser
