They don't answer e-mails always saying they haven't received them, difficult to get problems sorted out, do not appear to understand what you require, unless you ring first thing in the morning you will wait ages to be connected to someone. I am still trying to get a problem sorted after 3 months!!.

The company seems incapable of understanding that when one’s electricity bill is in CREDIT there is really no need for a monthly bill to be over £100:00.
I am considering moving to another supplier in the very near future

VERY happy i changed to Foxglove. My only complaint is that as i am 89 years old I'm unable to read my meter and therefore have to.always rely on my sin in law to do it who spends alot of time abroad. It woukd be much better if someone from your company could come and and read it so many times a year.
