I transferred my electricity over to Foxglove Energy, or Fischer Energy as it was known then, in 2017. I had four of their heaters installed and a new hot water system. The transfer and installation went smoothly. On the odd occasion I have experienced a problem it was sorted out immediately. My electricity bills are far cheaper than what they ever were before transferring. I would certainly recommend Foxglove Energy.

I switched from EDF to Fischer (now Foxglove) Energy, three years ago. I conduct my account on-line and have paid my bills via cheque, Debit-Card via telephone: and by bank transfer.
All the information regarding my account and usage, is easily and readily available from the "My Den" web-site.
Help is readily available via the company's friendly and knowledgeable advisors, over the telephone.
Best of al, I have experienced a thirty per-cent reduction in my energy costs, on the two-rate electricity supply.

I haven't had any serious problems so overall I am pleased. I did have to remind them a couple of times when I was due a refund but that is all and it was sorted in the end. I was concerned when I read the poor reviews for this company and I was worried when folk started asking if the company was solvent or not but my experience has been good so far.

"Bad experience"
I have had a ongoing battle with Foxglove energy for over 7 months since my father passed away, to get them to update their records! They made the experience extremely stressful at an already difficult time! Finally sorted now but no thanks to Foxglove!!
