So far so good, so long as they deliver what they promised ie paper bills on a regular basis, if they do will have another customer for them.

"Seems to have improved recently"
Seems to have improved recently. Much better than a year ago. Customer service seems more competent. Had issues when I
Moved house, but now seems all sorted.

"Fine overall"
Fine overall. They don't email you when your statement is ready, and your statement can take a variable number of days from when you submit your meter reading, so you have to remember to check back to download the statement. (I frequently forget.)
Reminders for meter readings are sent ca. 3 days before the reading is due, but they really want you to submit the reading on the specific date.
Useful graphs and infographics about energy use in the "My account" section.

"Supplier of "Green Energy" I have found…"
A supplier of "Green Energy" I have found this company to be competitively priced. Over the last year I have saved about £100 after switching from one of the "Big Six" companies.
However, the downside is having to submit monthly meter readings on a specific date, which is not always possible. If missed, or late, the resulting estimated reading is wildly over calculated, in my experience, as are the annual estimated costs.
Emails can also take some time to receive a reply.
Otherwise, the electricity charges are good.

"Not completely happy but not completely…"
Not completely happy but not completely unhappy.... got the new heaters put in last year and so far I don’t feel they’ve saved us any money to the point where we ended up having high bills throughout winter 2018/2019 which landed us in a little debt with the company, Fischer then increased our monthly DD by £100 without letting us know which was a shock when it came in in July and August - we understand it needed to be paid back but no warning we felt was unfair, we’ll see if they make a difference this winter....here’s hoping! As our energy throughout summer is £70-£90 throughout winter they are nearer £150-£175 for heating....we only have a two bed maisonette!
