My experience has been good & smooth since transferring. Communication is very good. Only problem is reading the gas meter which is in front garden very close to th ground. Have to bend over to read th meter & I don’t bend very well. Plus I regularly every month have to visit my sister who has dementia.

This is hopefully my final review of this absolutely terrible company.
They win you over with a promise of cheap prices but then every couple of months, adjust your direct debit without your consent until you are paying more than the previous supplier.
Then you experience the worst Customer service possible. Even the customer service manager doesn't stick to his promises of calling you back when he says.
My latest experience - I recently moved house and submitted my final meter reading and also clicked on their moving house link to let them know.
This doesn't stop them from then taking another £76 out of your account three weeks later even though the account was already in credit. I kicked myself and should of cancelled the direct debit straight away.
I was then lucky enough to chat to Farha about getting a refund which went relatively smoothly which was a surprise with my past experience with customer service so thumbs up to Farha.
Not sure why it takes 10 working days to get the refund though. That's 10 days of interest they will make on the money and i lose out on.
My advise is to stick to top guns in the energy world!
