I have had good service from Foxglove Energy. I like the App and being able to keep tabs on what I use. My only gripe is my smartmeter won't work with them so the process is not fully automatic. I guess that bit is not Foxglove Energy's fault...

Received threatening emails for payment - not even my account - no apologising email or phone call
Emails received for my deceased mother thanking her for her custom and sorry she decided to use another supplier - very hurtful - this happened on more than one occasion
There apologies don't mean a thing they are not sorry
Email after email asking for photographic meter readings every time the readings did not change
I arranged for my mother to use this company when they were Fischer energy and we had no problems but what a lot of unprofessional characters this foxglove are, glad to be rid of them.

I found it very easy to switch to Fox Glove and I just have to give them meter readings once a month and I don't have to worry about payment they work it out how much Direct Debit I need to pay each Month. And whenever I have contacted them they have answered my query very quickly.

I'm very happy with my purchases of two Fischer heaters. The company staff appear to be pleasant and easy to deal with (we did have a small problem at the start, but this was dealt with to my satisfaction) and I feel I am getting value for money regarding the gas and electricity supply. I have recommended Fischer to other people, and see no reason why I would not do so in the future.
